Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with presence of all maxillary and mandibular permanent teeth. Patients with orthodontic treatment plan of bilateral symmetric extraction of first premolar in maxillary arch.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having smoking history , systemic diseases, or medication intake such as nonsteroidal anti ?inflammatory drugs, which would interfere with OTM. 2. Patients having any obstructive disease, respiratory disease such asthma, COPD, bronchitis, etc. 3. History of previous orthodontic treatment. 4. Patients with non-extraction treatment plan and malformed teeth. 5. History of previous orthognathic surgery.
