Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with depressive disorder as per ICD 10 criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to give consent Patient with Intellectual Disability

To assess the efficacy of Jyotishmati and Modern Medicine in Depressive DisorderTimepoint: Hospital based and follow up study with assessment at baseline and after 6 months.
