Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex,age 18-60 years 2.calculi having sizeupto 10mm 3.case of only Calcium oxalate renal stone 4.Ashmari with controlled hypertension and diabetic mellitus 5.Patient not interested to undergo for surgery and those unfit for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 and more than 60 years 2.Renal stone other than calcium oxalate 3.Severe hematuria 4.stone size more than 10mm 5.Gross hydronephrosis 6.patients with impaired renal function or severe complication 7.uncontrolled Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,cardiac disorder 8.stone present in bladder,ureter and uretra 9.known case of malignancy,tuberculosis
