Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-30 Years. No existing medical conditions affecting sleep or emotional health. Willingness to participate in the study for the duration required. Ability to understand and follow study instructions. Self-reported sleep issues or interest in sleep quality improvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of sleep disorders or psychiatric conditions. Currently taking medications affecting sleep or mood. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Shift workers or individuals with irregular sleep patterns. Known sensitivity or allergy to blue light.
