Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing shoulder surgery. 2.ASA physical status 1/2/3. 3.Age 18-65. 4.All genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug allergy. 2.Local site infection. 3.Coagulopathy/Neuropathy. 4.Pregnant or lactating females. 5.Body mass index greater than 35 kg/m². 6.Inability to understand pain scores or chronic opioid use (6 months).
