Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients visiting the OPD of Department of Orthodontics with no previous history of orthodontic/orthopedic treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with bone-related metabolic disorders or skeletal defects 2. Subjects who are under any medications or growth hormone therapy 3. History of xerostomia 4. History of trauma or surgery in area of cervical vertebrae

The lateral flow based IGF-1 based portable kits will revolutionize the orthodontic sciences in accurately predicting the pubertal growth spurt instantly for successful growth modification procedures.
