Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with hypertension. Individuals who agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congestive heart failure or a recent myocardial infarction, Neurological and or orthopedic conditions contraindicating or limiting exercises training, Peripheral arterial disease, Significant chronic artery pulmonary disease.
