Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age – 30-60 years Labourers (Acc to Acharya Charaka – Madhyama Avastha) irrespective of gender. 2. In the Chalder fatigue scale scoring 2 & 3 will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age- = 30 years and = 60 years Labourers. 2. Any type of acute & chronic diseases. 3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 4. Any type of Coexisting diseases. 5. In the chalder fatigue scale scoring 0 & 1 will be excluded. 6. Patients who are in the Convalescence period (before minimum of 3 Month).
