Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The healthy individuals between the ages of 30-60 Years will be taken for study. Selection of healthy individuals will be done irrespective socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with k/c/o Diabetes will be excluded. Patients having major ailments of other systems(Cancer,AIDS,Tuberculosis) Pregnant women and lactating women will be excluded.
