Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients in the age group of 18 - 70 years Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2 Patients scheduled for carcinoma breast surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients’ refusal to participate in study History of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, epilepsy, cerebrovascular accident, increased intracranial pressure Allergic to study drugs, substance abuse, neuropsychiatric illness, chronic pain medications, not able to communicate.
