Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patient with upper limb trauma that are willing and able to adhere to the after-care regie-men to optimize the outcome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 18 years of age 2. Psychiatric patients 3. Low IQ 4. Dementia 5. Patients with addiction history 6. Patients on long term corticosteroids use 7. Degenerative tendon diseases 8. Tenosynovitis 9. Stiff hand 10. Past history of tendon repair

| 1.For Flexor tendon repair Strickland’s criteria will be used for assessment. 2.For Extensor tendon repair Miller’s criteria will be used for assessment. 3.Quick DASH translated in hindi will be used in all patients for assessing quality of life after tendon repair. 4.Range of Motion will be assessed by Goniometer.
