Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children age between 10-19 years. Diagnosed case of obesity . BMI more than 30 to less than 40 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are known case of DM, HTN , all endocrine diseases & any chronic systemic disorders. Patients who are already on any oral steroid therapy. Participents with current/past one month usage of Ayurvedic medications, diatary supplements causing weight loss / weight gain wll also be excluded. Participents with a history of major depressive or other severe psychiatric disorders or an eating disorders will also be excluded.
