Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are clinically diagnosed to have stroke regardless of cause and are 2. Patients within the age group of 18 to 65 years. 3. Patient should be able to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects not willing to give written informed consent. 2. Patients who are acutely ill or not able to cooperate with the study 3.Patients with psychiatric manifestations due to medical or surgical causes or any cause resulting in ICU admission.
