Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critically ill patients with an expected length of ICU stay of atleast 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, known neuromuscular disorder, corticosteroid therapy, amputated limbs, burns patients, and admitted to other ICU in last one month.
