Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with diabetes mellitus Ejection fraction more than 40 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congestive heart failure acute myocardial infarction emergency cardiac surgery redo cases cardiomyopathies heart rate less than 50 bpm pericardial disease renal / hepatic impairment.
