Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients going for Valvular surgeries with Cardio Pulmonary Bypass time more than 60 mins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with high pre operative lactate levels. Coronary Artery Disease. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus type – 2. Peripheral Vascular Disease. Stroke. Liver disease. Cardio Pulmonary bypass time less than 60 mins.
