Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient represented with classical sign and symptoms of “Grudhrasi ?. 2) Patient of age group 30 to 60 of both sexes, irrespective religion,occupation and soccio-economic status will be selected.(23) 3) Browstring sign , sciatica Nerved strectch test ( Braggards sign) showing positive test are included(28). 4) Patient willing to participate in the study will be selected explaining them details about study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients represents with classical feature of Grudhrasi(Sciatica) secondary to other disorder including Lumbar herniated disc , Ischemic spondylolithesis , Piriformis syndrome ,Dissecting aneurysm , Major illness in the Buttock , Benign Spinal Tumor , Attriation of disc , and post surgical sciatica , pregancy 2)patient who will not ready to participate in the study .

To assess , the changes in subjective and objective parameters of Grudhrasi with the effect of Eranda beeja Ksheer paka after treatment. To access the changes in subjective and objective criteria Objective criteria Assessment of objective parameters:- 1) SLRT - (Straight Leg Rising Test) 2)PAIN SCALE (Osswestry low back pain) Timepoint: 7 days
