Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 40yrs and 60yrs. 2. Patients with lakshanas of vatakantaka i.e, pain in the plantar aspect of heel. 3.Pt having xray showing spur at heel region 3.Both male and female are included 4. Patients ready to abide trial procedure and to give informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.fracture related with tarsal,metatarsal,phalanges, Calcaneal stress fracture, RA, gout 2.Contraindiacted patient for agnikarma 2.Patients having HTN, DM, Tuberculosis, HIV, HbsAg , any other immunosuppressant Disorders , malignancy. 3.pregnant lady 4.Pt having diarrhoea
