Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For Priest group All participants above eighteen years of age Priests who performs the fire rituals and is exposed to fire smoke more than three times a month for three years with each exposure being one hour Participants without smoking history For control group Age matched males working as professional in MAHE including teaching and non teaching staffs Partcipants without smoking history
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For both Priest and Control group Participants who have underlying respiratory illness Participants contraindicated to Pulmonary function testing Previous medical or surgical history Participants having smoking history

| Pulmonary function parameter results will be compared between priests & an age-matched control group.Timepoint: After obtaining the best of three PFT values of both groups, values will be compared among the group based on age, i.e. after 16 weeks.
