Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Subjects irrespective of gender, religion and socio economic status aged between 06 to 12 years. 2. Subjects with any two or more symptoms described in the context of Kaphaja Kasa will be selected. 3. Kaphaja Kasa of less than 7 days duration will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Kaphaja Kasa as Anubandha Lakshana or Upadrava of other diseases. 2. Subjects having any other systemic diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To check and assess the following parameters Cough Number of bouts of cough in one hour. Throat congestion Nasal discharge Quality and consistency of sputum. Additional breath sounds on auscultation Timepoint: 14 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To reduce the repeated occurrence of cough.Timepoint: 14 days
