Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate in the study Patient having age between 18-70 years Patient will be selected irrespective of sex marital status religion educational and economical status Patient having all clinical features of Avabahuka Shoola Stambha and Bahupraspandahara Patient having traumatic history but not associated with fracture or dislocation Patient with controlled Diabetes Mellitus Patient with unilateral and B/L Frozen Shoulder will be selected for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in study Patients having any type of Neuropathy Patients of Shoulder joint dislocation Fracture or having the history of same Pregnant Women and lactating mothers Immuno-compromised patient
