Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pain and early morning stiffness Patient presenting symptoms of joint pain, redness, fever, swelling, extreme tenderness Those who are willing to participate in this study Patient who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation Modern aspect RA factor test - positive Anti ccp - positive CRP ESR Uric acid -positive ANA test in few selected cases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other degenerative joint diseases -osteoarthritis,sero negative spondylo arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, pseudo gout. Infectious joint diseases like Tuberculosis l, chronic poly arthritis in chickungunia viral infection. Patient who is on DMARD Pregnancy and lactating mother. Chronic renal and liver disease patients Patients who are not willing to participate
