Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irrespective of gender, religion & occupation. Subjects with 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree Hemorrhoids.Subjects with controlled Diabetes and Hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactating women Rectal Prolapse Hemorrhoids with Fistula-in-Ano, Hemorrhoids with Ulcerative Colitis, Carcinoma of Rectum and Othermalignancies STD and HepatitisB Tuberculosis,Leprosy,Septicaemia.Other Anorectal disorders like - Hypertrophied anal papillae, Rectal polyps, Ano-rectal abscess and Pilonidal sinus.

understanding the effectiveness of Kshara sutra treatment in Arshas.It has negligible rate of recurrence, lesser pain, haemorrhage, infection, anal incontinence & also is cost effective.Timepoint: 1st,7th,14th,21st and 28th day Post operatively
