Inclusion criteria: K/C/O Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for past 5 years Stage N2a and N2b (NCBI staging of Diabetic Neuropathy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitus Alcohol-associated neuropathy Nutritional linked neuropathy Uremic neuropathy Vulnerable people

MeasureTime frame
Grading of sign and symptoms. Physical examination: · Inspection of the feet for evidence of dry skin, hair or nail abnormalities, callus or infection or any deformity of foot. · Examination of vibratory sensation at the dorsum of toe with a 128 Hz tuning fork. · Examination of Ankle reflex. Mono filament testTimepoint: 48 days
