Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who fall under diagnostic criteria. Subjects who are able to perform Asanas. Subjects who are willing to participate will be selected for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects below 21 and above 45 years of age irrespective of their gender. Subjects diagnosed with any systemic disease. Subjects who are pregnant and lactating. Subjects who are under medications like NSAIDs, laxatives, and antihistamines. Subjects who are under any medication which alters bowel movement like iron supplements, etc. Subjects who had recent surgery, injury etc. Subjects diagnosed with IVDP, Sciatica, spondylosis and who cannot perform Asanas.
