Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed cases of BPH along with lower urinary tract infection age between 40 to 80 years grade 1 and 2 prostate enlargement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serology positive prostate carcinoma stricture urethra renal failure prostate calculi neurogenic bladder
