Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with congenital and acquired mandibular deformities like mandibular prognathism, retrognathism. Patients who want improved facial aesthetics Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Patient willing to be a part of the study. Patients under ASA I / ASA II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient did not underwent surgery Patient not willing to be a part of the study. Patients under ASA III / ASA IV
