Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteoarthritis patients with disease duration less than 5 years. 2. Age between 35 to 70 years 3. Both the gender 4. Not taking any Ayurveda medicines for more than one year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and Lactating females 2. Chronic Smokers and alcoholics 3. Chronicity of more than 5 years 4. Having severe crippling deformities 5. Patients undergoing panchakarma treatment 6. Previous intra-articular corticosteroid injections (within 1-2 months) before the study 7. Under any oral corticosteroids 8. Presence of other autoimmune diseases 9. Presence of Diabetes mellitus, Advanced kidney disease cardiovascular, and pulmonary complications 10. Grade 4 knee osteoarthritis in Kellgren-Lawrence grade system
