Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known consenting Diabetes Mellitus patients aged between 18 and 60 years of age with ulcer/wound in the lower extremity of the body will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non diabetic patients and patients whose etiology of wound is not related to diabetic state or its complications like varicose ulcers, vasculitis, specific infections (e.g. tuberculosis, actinomycosis etc.) and neoplastic will be excluded.
