Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients between the age of 20 and 70 years. 2)Patients with classical symptoms of Gridhrasi. 3)Patients who are Shamana Snehapana yogyas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients below 20 years and above 70 years will be excluded. 2)Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded. 3)Associated with any other systemic disorders will be excluded. 4)Shamana Snehapana Ayogyas

Gridhrasi is the type of Vataja nanatmaja Vyadhi which is having the symptoms like Ruk, Toda, Sthambha, Gourava, Arochaka, Tandra. Snehana is an important modality to treat Vatavyadhi, Taila is one of the Mahasneha and it is considered as best Sneha for Vataja vikara. In present study Eranda taila along with Gomutra arka has been taken. Eranda Taila processes qualities like Guru, Snigdha, Ushna, Sara Guna and VataKaphahara and it helps in movement of Vata by doing Vatanulomana and pacifies the aggravated Doshas in Gridhrasi and Gomutra arka as anupana processes qualities like Laghu, Ruksha, Teekshna and Ushna it helps in Samprapti vighatanameva Chikitsa in the management of Gridhrasi.Timepoint: 0th day ( before treatment), 30th day(after treatment), 37th day ( follow up)
