Interventions

Intervention1: YOGA WITH ACUPUNCTURE: Yoga, Acupuncture, Meditation, Pranayama, Mudras, Yoga Nidra would be used and modified according to the needs. Frequency: 5 times a week. Total Duration: 6 Month

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness to participate in the study and signing in the written consent form. 2. Those diagnosed with Sciatica. 3. Middle aged women with Sciatica. 4. No history of practicing yoga or other exercises. 5. Assessed suitable for practicing yoga therapy based on physical exam. 6. Living in Chennai city only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery, nerve blocks 2. Spinal tumor. 3. Rheumatoid arthritis 4. Knee Surgery
