Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Treatment naïve subjects in the age group of 25-50 years having non resolving central serous chrioretinopathy of more than four months duration along with subretinal fluid (SRF) involving fovea on optical coherence topography (oct) and active angiographic leakage of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) 2)Subject having best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of at least 6/60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients having ocular conditions causing accumulation of sub-retinal fluid like diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular occlusion, ocular inflammation or ocular conditions causing macular exudation such as pathological myopia and antioxidants streaks 2)patients who have undergone any intraocular surgery other than uncomplicated cataract extraction 3)Risk of thrombo-emboli events and/or occurrence within past 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Optical coherence tomography angiography parameters including fovea avascular zone, vessel density & choroidal neovascular membrane following anti-vascular endothelial growth factorTimepoint: 1 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Changes in best corrected visual acuity following anti-vascular growth factor 2.Changes in posterior segment optical coherence tomography parameters (Central foveal thickness,sub-coeval choroidal thickness, height of subretinal fluid & pigment epithelial detachment) following anti-vascular growth factor 3.Serum level of vascular endothelial growth factors in subjects of non-resolving central serous chorioretinopathyTimepoint: 1 month
