Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type II diabetes patients under medication for more than 3 years both male and female of age group between 35-50 years old. Subjects which are qualified under criteria of American Diabetes Association(ADA) and those who are willing and given consent for receiving the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gestational Diabetes and Pregnancy. 2.TYPE II Diabetes patients which is less than 3 years. 3.Type I DM with others complication with CVS, Respiratory and GI disorders. 4. Psychological Disorders.
