Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient of Age group 18-30 years 2) Married and unmarried women 3) Patients having moderate to severe pain according to MRC grading (recommended by W.H.O) during menstrual cycles 4) Patients having regular menstrual cycles 5) H/O Painful menstruation for at least 3 consecutive cycles 6) Patients not having any pelvic pathology 7) Patients who is suitable for Matrabasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having menstrual pain due to any specific conditions like uterine fibroid adenomyosis endometriosis etc and patients having IUCD Patients having uncontrolled diabetes hypothyroidism and hypertension Patients having history of undiagnosed irregular bleeding per vaginum Patients in habit of taking analgesics antispasmodic sedatives muscle relaxants with 48hrs of expected menstrual period Patients taking any hormonal preparation
