Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An athlete within the age group of 18-35 years. Only male basketball players will be included in the study. Participants will be free of any cardiopulmonary disorder and metabolic disease and visual disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: An athlete who smokes, is an alcoholic and uses an ergogenic aids. An athlete who is having cardiopulmonary and metabolic disease and visual disorder. An athlete who suffered an injury in the last three months.
