Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Expression of TRIM33 gene in high grade glioma Vs non-glial tumors & low-grade glioma. 2) Methylation status of TRIM33 gene in high grade glioma Vs non-glial tumors & low-grade glioma.Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Comparison of expression and methylation status of TRIM33 gene between high grade glioma Vs non-glial tumors & low-grade glioma. 2) Association of expression and methylation status of TRIM33 gene between high grade glioma VS non-glial tumors & low-grade glioma.Timepoint: 1 YEAR
