Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders, aged 19-30 years and willing to participate. Those practicing at least thrice a week and who have played at the district level. Playing experience of 3 years or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injuries preventing the participants from playing in the last 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological and cardiovascular conditions.
