Intervention1: Choice dependent programme: School children will be provided with training on different games and exercises. They will practice it for 1 hour daily for 6 months. Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary school children between 6 to 12 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary school children with chronic disease. 2. Primary school children those are physically disabled.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
200 children will be assessed for changes in physical health, mental health and academic performance. Timepoint: Assessment will be done at 1, 3 and 6 months.
