Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I, II, III undergoing elective shoulder surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASAV IV, Patient refusal, Deranged coagulation profile, Local Anesthestic Allergy, Neuropathy

To assess the postoperative pain scores between the two groups using Visual Analogue pain assessment Scale (VAS).Timepoint: 36 hours
