Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as PCG. 2. Age less than 2 years. 3. Patients giving consent for the study. 4. Patients who have not undergone any surgical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having anterior segment dysgenesis or any syndromic association or secondary glaucoma. 2)Patients with hazy cornea or with high iris insertion where trabecular meshwork can’t be seen. 3)Patients who have undergone previous surgery.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage reduction in IOP from the overall baseline and via each procedure.Timepoint: post operative day 1, 1 st month, 3 rd month, 6th month

1. Ability to cannulate 360 degree. 2.Complications seen during the procedure. 3.Correlation of outcome of surgery with ASOCT. 4.Correlation of angle circumference treated with IOP lowering. Timepoint: post operative day 1, 1 st month, 3 rd month, 6th month
