Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric age (2 month – 24 month) Paediatric patient undergoing elective meningomyelocoele surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents not giving written informed consent Patient having local infection at the puncture site Patient with deranged coagulation profile Allergic to bupivacaine Patient with hydrocephalus
