Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smartphone users with usage time more than 4hours per day Digit span test number error below 7 Beck Anxiety Score ranging from 22 and above Participants who were not involved in such research from last 1 year Willingness to follow the guidelines necessary for the research Willingness to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any physical conditions making yoga and Pilates difficult Intake of antidepressant medications Any musculoskeletal pain
