Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate medical students from first year to final year (above the age of 18 years) will be recruited for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with visible physical impairment or those who have undergone recent surgery that contraindicates them from performing structured yoga therapy
