Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age criteria between 18 to 25 years. 2)Participants of both genders will be included. 3)Participants who have not participated in any research in the past one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any Lower Limb related injuries. 2)History of any chronic disease. 3)Any Respiratory Complications. 4)Congenital deformities.
