Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20-60 years of both genders 2.Duration of symptoms less than 6 weeks 3.Visual analogue scale (VAS) = 4 4.Patients willing for study and follow up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes 2. Congenital deformity of hand 3. Rheumatoid arthritis 4. Pregnancy 5. Local infection 6. Thrombocytopenia 7. Impaired cognition
