Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis in Single-rooted Maxillary/Mandibular teeth. Teeth in which lesion involving pulp, loss of lamina dura, and widening of PDL space.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases, self-reported pregnancy, patients with multiple drug allergies, adverse reaction reported to any dental material,patients who have taken analgesics/anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 24 hours
