Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic mellitus from (at least 5 years) Healthy non-diabetic mellitus individuals Adults aged 40-80 years Gender: Male and Female.

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of the ability to recognize numbers or letters traced on the skin. Comparison of recognition accuracy between diabetic and non-diabetic participants to assess cortical sensory processing differences.Timepoint: 2 week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of how age and the duration of diabetes affect two-point discrimination and graphesthesia abilities. Determination of whether longer duration of diabetes and older age correlate with greater sensory deficits.Timepoint: 2 weeks
