Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Both male and female college students of age group of 18-28 years. 2)Participants with piriformis tightness. 3)Participants with signs and symptoms of plantar fasciitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Chronic low back pain 2)Any surgery in hip, knee or foot 3)Any trauma to the ankle: sprain or strain
