Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for chronic cholelithiasis. 2) BMI=35 3) Above 18 years of age. 4) Able to provide informed written consent.

1. To calculate the dose and requirement of rescue analgesia in the post operative period. 2. To find the incidence of nausea and vomiting among all the study groups. 3. To compare surgeon’s satisfaction on exposure and instrument manoeuvrability during surgery. Timepoint: 6 months
