Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of Organophosphorus compound ingestion 2. Patient presented within 24 hours having history and clinical manifestations of Organophosphorus compound exposure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 60 years 2. Chronic neuromuscular disease 3. Chronic liver disease 4. Chronic kidney disease 5. Autoimmune disease 6. Chronic alcoholism 7. Unknown compound ingestion 8. Patient presenting after 24 hours of organophosphorus compound exposure.
